Conditions of use


Products

Products in Thingstedets shop are primarily used goods. If the specific product is unused it will be shown on the product page. Also be aware that goods are of different quality. All products are delivered in good condition. No distinction is made between first and second sort products.
Since our sales also take place from our physical store, it can happen that products are sold out, despite the fact that they appear in the webshop. Should this occur, we will contact you for a supply agreement.

Payment

Tingstedet receives payment with credit card / VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard and JCB. Payment will be transferred from your account once it is shipped.
Tingstedet encrypts all information with the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that unauthorized persons can not read your card number or other information during the transaction with PBS.

Delivery

If possible the product will be shipped the same day the order is entered.
Tingstedet ensure delivery by Post Denmark to the address declared by the order.
Tingstedet can not be held responsible for delays caused by Post Denmark. In cases of very late (several days) or missing supplies Tingstedet obviously will send a new delivery without charge.
Prepaid delivery in Denmark by buying over 1,000, - DKR For delivery outside Denmark additional postage.

Warranty

Tingstedet provides 2 years warranty under the danish law, covering manufacturing and material defects discovered in its normal use. The warranty does not cover defects or damages directly or indirectly caused by misuse, poor maintenance, violence or tampering. Complaints about defects that should be discovered by normal examination of the goods must be notified within a reasonable time. The product can be returned for repair or replacement.

Note that using the dishwasher for washing products, can damage the product and this being regarded as improper handling of products.

Returning of goods also takes place to this address. Returns can also be done by refusing to receive the products or you can deliver the goods personally. It is not a requirement but the expedition promoted if adequate information resulting package - eg copy of order confirmation, registration number and account number of bank account to which reimbursement may be made, a copy of any. prior correspondence, etc..

Refund

Repayment is usually always by bank transfer and Tingstedet therefore need information about the registration number and account number for your bank account. This information is not sensitive, and may be sent by e-mail or other traditional correspondence form.

Returns

There are 14 day return policy on goods from the day they are received. If you choose to cancel a purchase, simply return the item, taking account of the following conditions:
Cutlery in unopened original packaging.
Glass and porcelain with solid security label.
When merchandise is received and approved, the purchase price will be transfered to your account within a few days. Tingstedet does not pay the costs for return.
